FAQ
HIRING COMPANY
Why are job posts anonymous?
Anonymous job post ensures that the proposals are made according to the job in question, not your company profile or revenue. The open jobs can be filtered by company size and all other information you enter when creating the job post with the ready-made template. Remember not to mention your company name in the job description to ensure anonymity.
How can I ensure the company culture is understood correctly if the job post is anonymous?
Once you shortlist a proposal, your company details are revealed to the recruitment consultant. You can shortlist up to four proposals, after which you have the chance to organize a discussion with the recruiters to discuss details of the profile, process and your company, including the company culture.
Can I have more than one recruitment consultant working on the same job?
No, the idea behind RecHunt is to get full focus from one recruitment consultant and give you the best possible service and candidates as a hiring company. Having multiple recruiters competing for a success fee drives the quality of the recruitment in most cases down. This won’t happen when using RecHunt.
How much does it cost to use RecHunt?
For hiring companies, it is free to post a job. The project price for the recruitment is determined on the proposals you receive and accept before starting the recruitment process.
Can I cancel the recruitment process if I am not satisfied with the results?
Yes, you can cancel the process at any time if you are not satisfied with the results. You will not be refunded the parts that have already been invoiced, but no further invoices will be formed. Keep in mind if you hire a candidate from the shortlist in the next 12 months, recruitment service provider is entitled to invoice you the remaining project price in one instance.
How are the projects invoiced?
The recruitment service partner will invoice the the project directly and each project will be invoiced in three equal parts. The project price is accepted in the beginning of the recruitment according to the proposal. All prices mentioned are without VAT and in Euros (€). Invoicing will happen in the beginning of the project (once you select a recruiter to work with), once the shortlist is accepted by both parties and once the employment agreement is signed in three equal parts. You can agree the payment terms directly with the recruiter.
RECRUITMENT SERVICE PROVIDER
Can I register my agency to the platform?
No, all registrations are done by individual consultants. The proposals are made by the consultants directly, who actually will complete the recruitment. All the headhunters in your agency can have a profile in RecHunt and everyone can make individual proposal for an open job. The more proposals you have, chances are better that one of the consultants in your agency will get the job.
What are tokens?
Tokens are used to make proposals – one token gives you one proposal. You get 5 free tokens when you sign up and additional tokens can be purchased once you have registered. There are token bundles available, the more you get at once the cheaper it is per token. Tokens will not be refunded if you do not get the assignment with your proposal. If you make more than one proposal for an open job, each proposal will deduct one token from your account. Tokens are valid for 1 year from the purchase date.
How much does it cost to use RecHunt?
You need to get tokens to make proposals, which can be purchased once you have registered and the current pricing is shown before you buy tokens, currently starting at 35€/each. Only once you have been selected for the project, RecHunt will invoice a 4% commission of the total project price. The commission will be invoiced in one installment with a 30-day payment term. All prices mentioned are without VAT and RecHunt reserves the right to update the pricing.
How are the projects invoiced?
You are responsible for invoicing the hiring company directly. Each project will be invoiced in three equal parts. The project price is accepted in the beginning of the recruitment project according to the proposal. Invoicing will happen in the beginning of the project, once the shortlist is accepted by both parties and once the employment agreement is signed in three equal parts. You can agree on the payment terms directly with the hiring company and you will receive an email notification once the different milestones are completed.
What if the project is cancelled by the hiring company and they end up hiring one of the candidates presented to them anyways?
